David Fiore, D.D.S.

The founder of Westend Dental, Dr. David Fiore has over 25 years of experience in dentistry and is continually adding new procedures and dental services to increase his ability to serve his patients. His newest areas of expertise include oral sedation dentistry, dental implants, advanced oral surgical procedures and cosmetic orthodontics. Dr. Fiore is an alumnus of Loyola University; he graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry and continued on from there to Loyola University School of Dentistry. An active participant in the community, Dr. Fiore oversees initiatives that place Westend Dental into local community organizations that serve the community and strives to be a leader in premiere dental care for the Lincoln Park area. In his spare time, Dr. Fiore enjoys going on ski trips with his three sons or sharing a cup of coffee with his wife on Sunday mornings.

Matthew Zander, D.D.S.

Dr. Zander comes to Westend with expertise in comprehensive treatment planning, painless extractions in oral surgery and Invisalign Preferred Provider status. Dr. Zander began his dental career with a B.A. in Biology from University of Illinois and completed dental school from University of Illinois as well. With over 25 years experience in dentistry, he continues his dental education through the dental-specific Seattle Study Club. When not treating patients, Dr. Zander is highly involved in the community by volunteering through his children’s school functions and coaching youth ice hockey. In his spare time he enjoys barbecuing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Agnieszka Chmielowski, D.M.D.

Dr. Agnieszka Chmielowski, DMD received her BSLAS in molecular and cellular biology from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She then completed dental school at Midwestern University at Downers Grove.

Dr. Chmielowski firmly believes in building strong relationships with her patients. She takes the time to listen and understand their concerns, fears, and goals, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through her door. Dr. Chmielowski ensures that her patients feel at ease throughout their dental journey. She ensures her patients receive the highest standard of care and benefit from the most innovative dental solutions available.

Beyond the dental office, Dr. Chmielowski enjoys writing music with her fiancé, traveling, hiking through scenic trails, skiing, and spending time with her beloved dog Benny.
